Warranty
We are so confident about the quality of our jewelry that with purchase, you receive a full one year warranty on the twelve gemstones. This warranty protects from defects only. It does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, and attempts of repair, dropping, loss or theft.
Should there be a problem with the stones not covered by this warranty; owner may inquire to receive a replacement stone, plus labor, postage and delivery charges. If you experience a problem with this product covered under this warranty, please return the item, along with your contact information (name, return address, phone number, and email address), receipt showing the date of purchase, a description of the problem, and $9.95 for postage and handling to the address listed below.
Once received and examined, Glimpse of Heaven Collection® jewelers will determine if the repair is covered under warranty.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
